Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for FastTender paid plans, what happens when you cancel, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Among other things, we guarantee that our services will be provided with due care and skill, will be reasonably fit for the purpose we described, and will be supplied within a reasonable time.
If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy. For a major failure you may cancel the subscription and obtain a refund for the unused portion, or seek compensation for the reduction in value. For a failure that is not major, you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time, and if it is not fixed you may cancel and obtain a refund for the unused portion.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights. Where anything below is inconsistent with them, the Australian Consumer Law prevails.
Change of mind
We do not refund a billing period, monthly or yearly, simply because you changed your mind or did not use the service during that period.
We keep this position workable by letting you evaluate FastTender before you pay anything, and by letting you cancel at any time to stop the next charge.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and then does not renew.
You keep full access to your paid features through the end of the period you have already paid for. There is nothing else you need to do.
Billing errors
If you have been charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we will correct it. This is separate from change of mind and we will refund it.
How billing works
Our order process and payments are handled by our reseller, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which is the merchant of record for all FastTender orders. "Paddle" will appear on your card or bank statement.
Paddle collects payment, issues your tax invoices and receipts including GST where it applies, and provides buyer support. You can view your orders and invoices and contact Paddle at paddle.net.
Free plan and trials
FastTender's free plan lets you browse tenders and use every free tool at no cost, with no payment details required, so you can evaluate the platform before paying anything.
Where a free trial of a paid plan is offered, no charge is made until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
