Open Tender
A procurement advertised publicly on AusTender and open to any eligible supplier.
An open tender is published on AusTender and any supplier that satisfies the conditions for participation may respond. It is the default method for procurements at or above the relevant threshold. Minimum response times apply: normally at least 25 days, which can be shortened in defined circumstances. Open tenders are where a supplier with no existing relationship has the clearest path in.
